As the weather gets warmer more people will starting venturing to parks and venues to get active and play their favourite sports. It also means that there’s a lot of upcoming events that will have fans excited to get out and cheer on their team. Here at the Paddington Hotel London, we love the passion that our guests show for sport, so we’ve put together a list of upcoming events throughout June that are sure to get your blood pumping.

Cricket fans all over the country will be looking forward to this month, as the England squad prepares to face off against some of the best teams from around the world. The International Cricket Council tournament will be held in London this year, with games taking place throughout June. The Kia Oval stadium will play host to teams like Sri Lanka and Australia, as the giants of cricket compete for the trophy.

On June 3, the O2 arena will become alive with screaming fans as Dillian Whyte goes head-to-head against Mariusz Wach. The two fighters will enter the ring after a series of other bouts that promise to provide a great show for the audience. If you are a fan of boxing then this event is a must-see.
