Mainline Stations in London

Trains are the best way to commute in London as compared to Flight or Road. London is England’s main terminus stations. For international travellers also this holds good to some extent. For EU travellers, the Eurostar train via the Channel Tunnel is a good option. The Eurostar’s London terminal is at St Pancras. While Going it is Waterloo.

London is the hub of the England’s rail network, with frequent well networked services to all corners of the country from the city’s centrally-located mainline railway stations.  These mainline stations are Railway stations spread around the city of London which carries passengers to and from most, if not all towns and cities of UK. Most of the rail services are run by private operating companies. For travellers, there finding a Hotel near Mainland Station is never a challenge , because accommodations are plentiful.

VICTORIA RAILWAY STATION:   It has train services to train services provided by Connex South Central, Connex South Eastern, and Gatwick Express. Connex South Central provides services to Surrey, Gatwick and the South Coast. Connex South Eastern services to suburban towns. Gatwick Express offers a non-stop service to Gatwick Airport.
London Bridge Railway Station –Offers access south to Gatwick Airport and beyond to the Sussex coast, East to the coast again at Ramsgate and Dover, North to Luton and Bedford and West through South London.

Paddington Railway station – Train services are provided by Chiltern Railways, Virgin CrossCountry, First Great Western Trains, Thames Trains, London Underground and Heathrow Express.

A piece of advice to all tourists and outsiders will be to select Hotel near Mainland Station in advance, in order to make your stay and visit memorable.

Euston Railway Station – Trains to North of England are services here. This includes,  Edinburgh, Glasgow, Manchester, Birmingham, Liverpool, Holy head , Dublin.
St Pancras Railway Station – offers train services provided by West Anglia Great Northern Railway and GNER.

Waterloo Railway Station – For International travelers, get straight to Paris, Brussels, Lille, Disneyland Paris and the Alps via the Eurostar.

Liverpool Street Railway Station – One of the busiest and Bustling railway stations. Trains are provided by, Anglia Railways, Great Eastern Railway, LTS Rail and West Anglia Great Northern Railway.

Marylebone Railway Station – From here mainline train services run to Birmingham, Stratford-upon-Avon, Oxfordshire and the Home Counties.
