It borders the north of Hyde Park and has attractive streets and garden squares lined with Victorian stucco terraces. The Centre also has an Odeon cinema and bowling alley. The ground floor was transformed into a ‘foodstore’ that sells fresh fish, meat, dry goods, wine and meat from the shopping centre’s own farm.
Marble Arch is a 19th-century white marble faced triumphal arch and London landmark, located on a large traffic island at the junction of Oxford Street, Park Lane, and Edgware Road. The area around the arch is also known as Marble Arch as is the southern portion of Edgware Road and the nearby underground station. It has a large number of hotels.
