PruHealth World Triathlon London 2014

This fabulous sporting event, which is scheduled for 31st May is one of the most popular triathlon events in the world. Yet again, in 2014, PruHealth World Triathlon returns with some very talented tri-athletes from all across the globe, who will compete with each other in order to be the World Champions. What’s so special this year is the fact that the event will be bigger and better. The number of people who could take part in the event has been substantially increased. PruHealth World Triathlon invites people from all walks of life. Irrespective of the fact, what your fitness level is, you can take part in the races.

This time, the event will be organized in the cool surroundings of Hyde Park, which is located in the heart of London. There will be thousands of participants including stars of the London Olympics 2012 and they can choose from a range of distances –

  • Sprint Distance (750 m swim, 22.5km bike and 5km run),
  • Super Sprint Distance (400m swim, 15.5km bike and 2.5km run) and
  • Olympic Distance (1500m swim, 36.5km bike and 10km run).

If you are not too keen in participating, you can simply be a spectator. There are no charges to watch the event, but there are tickets for those who wish to see the action happening at the finish line. These tickets are limited and therefore you are advised to make advanced reservations. The events will take place at the same venues where we saw legendary 2012 London Olympic races.
